Synthetic Turf of Virginia is proud to display the final photos of our recent work on Princess Anne Street in Fredericksburg. The oldest home in Downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia is now renovated with a new marble tile front porch, brick paver front and side walkways, and a full backyard finished with synthetic turf and a personal putting green along side a long wooden fence, all installed by Synthetic Turf of Virginia. The Downtown home has many intricate renovations bringing a gorgeous new life to the already existing details. Still holding the original brick and fireplaces, the home overlooks Caroline street along with a view of the Rappahanock River from the cozy side porch or large, stone back patio, next to the beautiful synthetic turf lawn and putting green.
The checkered white and grey marble floor creating the front porch accents the copper gutters against the clean, crisp white painted brick and siding with black shutters. The brick paved side walkway accented with stone, leads to a comfortable side patio, to the left of the home, finished with the beautiful wooden, medium stained beams opening up the ceiling. A set of stairs leads to the personal putting green within a backyard of clean, easily manageable synthetic turf. The fence stands along the entire length of backyard with detailed lattice decor creating a private but open area for family and friends to enjoy.
